One point of contact
One project lead answers for the machine, the mold and the auxiliaries. Nothing is forwarded to a supplier and forgotten.

01 Why we exist
Buying equipment is a transaction.
Making a factory run is a project.
Unisys Intelligent Equipment Co. Ltd.
Turnkey systems for injection molding
Unisys exists because the hardest part of a new molding plant is not choosing a machine. It is making the machine, the mold, the robot, the dryer and the chiller agree with each other — and with the product you actually need to sell.
Most suppliers sell one module and hand you the interfaces. We take the interfaces. Every system is specified as a whole: what the part needs, what the mold can hold, what the machine can repeat, and what the plant can support.
Our team comes from marketing, service and production backgrounds in injection molding. We have specified, bought, commissioned and repaired the equipment we now put together. That is why we can be specific about what a line will do — and honest about what it will not.
02 What we coordinate
A turnkey line is only as good as the handoffs between its modules. These are the four we own end to end.
Hydraulic, hybrid and all-electric platforms, matched to tonnage, shot weight, cycle and the service reality of your plant.
Multi-cavity, hot-runner and high-wear tooling, specified with the mold maker and sampled before shipment.
Drying, temperature control, robots, conveyors and packaging, sized as one material flow rather than a shopping list.
One schedule across suppliers, pre-acceptance, export packing, shipping documents and start-up.
03 How we run a project
Every project follows the same five stages. The detail changes with the product; the discipline does not.
Project map / 05 stages
Part design, material, wall section, cycle target, annual volume and plant conditions. We ask before we specify.
Machine, mold and auxiliaries are sized together. Interface risks are resolved on paper before any order is placed.
Each module goes to the vendor that fits it. The package is priced as one system, with the cost drivers visible.
The line is assembled, run and inspected before shipment. You approve samples, cycle data and the packing list.
Export packing, documentation, shipping and remote or on-site commissioning follow the same schedule.
04 How we work
They are not values on a wall. They are the reasons a project either closes cleanly or becomes someone's problem after shipment.
One project lead answers for the machine, the mold and the auxiliaries. Nothing is forwarded to a supplier and forgotten.
Robot signals, utilities, safety circuits and space requirements are agreed on paper before a purchase order is issued.
The line runs before it ships. Samples and cycle data are approved by you, not described to you.
We are not tied to a single machine brand, so the recommendation can follow the part instead of a quota.
