Three projects, three product families, and the numbers that actually mattered to the customer.

How to read these

Figures come from representative projects. Cycle, output, energy and cost depend on part design, material, mold and machine configuration.

A PET preform line that pays back on energy

Beverage producer · high volume · 24/7

A beverage producer needed a preform line that could run around the clock without the energy bill following it. The system was specified as one: a high-speed PET machine, a multi-cavity preform mold, a dehumidifying dryer and a side-entry take-out robot.

The line settled at a 7.6-second cycle and more than 100,000 preforms a day, with energy consumption 25% below the baseline. Against the comparison package, the integrated approach also reduced the customer's overall investment by 22%.

Logistics Robotic palletizing cell for pallet production

Case / 02 · Logistics

Pallets at 75 seconds, with 80% regrind

Logistics operator · heavy parts · recycled material

A logistics operator needed a pallet line that could absorb its own regrind and stack finished parts without adding a shift. We configured a large two-platen machine, a wear-resistant pallet mold, regrind metering, a robotic palletizer and RFID tracking as one production system.

The line runs at 75 seconds per pallet with 80% regrind content. From brief to shipment took 45 days, with the customer approving samples and cycle data before the container was packed.

Chemical Automatic air-tightness testing machine for paint pails

Case / 03 · Industrial packaging

Zero leaks, 100% tested, 60% less labor

Coatings manufacturer · paint pails · leak critical

A coatings manufacturer could not afford a leaking pail. The line was built around sealing: a precision two-platen machine, a leak-proof pail mold, controlled drying and mold temperature, and a 100% air-tightness test before packing.

Every pail is tested, not sampled. Final inspection passes at 100%, and the automated take-out and packing reduced labor cost by 60%.

How to read these numbers. Each figure comes from a representative project. Cycle time, output, energy and cost depend on part design, material, mold, machine configuration and how the plant is operated. For your project, we will show the assumptions behind every number we quote.
